Our Team

The company has flourished and grown under the leadership of it's founders Andy Lew and Emily Kan - each with over 15 years of corporate leadership experience. Together, the dynamic duo with a team of 30 strong dynamic employees Avant Pet Resources continues to take the Malaysian pet industry by storm with it's innovative and inclusive management style.

Emily Kan

Bachelor of Commerce (Australia)

Managing the company’s business operations,
Kan Has Over 15 years of experience in the pet
industry, with hands-on experience in Sales &
Marketing, to Logistics and Operations.

Andy Lew

Bachelor of Commerce (Australia)

Spearheading the company’s international
business development, Lew has over 15 years of
experience in high level management and as been
made CEO of Companies in various industries.

Our Present

We may be young, but we have become the fastest growing pet products distributor in Malaysia throughout years of hard work. In merely 7 years of history, we are now the country’s sole distributor of 15 world reknown international pet brands from all over the world. We currently import pet products from USA, Canada, Italy, UK, Czech Republic, Iceland, New Zealand, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand and China.

Distribution

We distribute to whole of Malaysia including East Malaysia. Sales personnel visit outstation on a monthly basis. For east Malaysia, we distribute to stockist, sub-distributor and also direct to retailers.

Logistics

Through years, Avant Pet Resources Sdn. Bhd. has established a very close rapport with clients and always receive overwhelming support from them. Reciprocally, we give sales credit to clients ranging from 30 days to 60 days. Delivery is made through our own trucks for local deliveries. For out of the town deliveries, courier service will be used for urgent and perishable deliveries and logistic companies for bulky and heavy parcels. For East Malaysia, we use LCL shipment and courier if necessary.
